Pat Wictor and Toby Walker "Saints & Sinners" in W. Milford, NJ, Saturday 5/16!
Dear folks--
Toby Walker and I are doing one of our increasingly legendary "Saints and Sinners" shows in Northern NJ, and we're looking to bring a good crowd! It's the first time for either of us to headline (co-headline?) at the wonderful Music at the Mission (MATM) concert series in West Milford. MATM's season has included The Kennedys, Chris Smither, Catie Curtis, and Patty Larkin, so we're in very good company!
Saturday, May 16, 8:00pm
Music at The Mission
@West Milford Presbyterian Church
1452 Union Valley Road
West Milford, NJ 07480

Tickets $25 / $22 adv.
Advance tickets online (highly recommended!):

Toby Walker, as you might know, is one of the truly gifted performers on our circuit. He's a brilliant and high-energy guitarist, a storyteller and humorist, and is one of the few blues musicians around who actually went down south and sat at the feet of masters like R.L. Burnside and Etta Baker. We always share a set, swapping songs, backing each other up, and making surprises happen (for the audience and each other!). www.littletobywalker.com
More News:
As part of a gathering of wonderful Philadelphia-area musicians that we're calling "Philly Friends," next week I'm releasing a special two-song benefit EP for a Philly-area women's shelter called Women In Transition. The EP features two songs, my own "A Visit With Pat Scott," and Dylan's "The Times They Are A-Changing."
I'll have copies at the "Saints and Sinners" show. The CD will be up on my website in a few weeks, and if you miss the show you can purchase it (or the downloads) then. All proceeds will go to Women In Transition, which helps women facing domestic abuse and substance abuse problems. (www.helpwomen.org)
More on that at the show, and when I get it up on the website.
Looking forward to seeing you at the show!
Warm regards,
Pat
