Pat Wictor on Gene Shay show Sunday night & "surprise guests"

Hi folks--

I'm pleased to be returning to the Gene Shay show on WXPN:
Sunday evening, January 17, likely around 9:30pm or a bit afterwards.

As Gene is a legendary figure in folk music, the conversations with him are always fantastic, and I'll get to play some tunes off my new CD, "Living Ever-Lovin' LIVE," which was released this week.

Tune in to "The Folk Show with Gene Shay" on WXPN at 88.5fm in the greater Philadelphia area, or listen online at www.wxpn.org.

That same evening, at 8pm, my good friends Red Molly will be playing at the World Cafe, just upstairs from the radio studio.  There's a rumor that there might be a male redhead popping up on that Molly stage, and it's also rumored that one or more Mollies might be joining me on the radio afterwards.  As you may know, Red Molly's Abbie Gardner is all over my new CD (playing dobro and singing on 5 of the 12 songs), and we even did a co-write and vocal duet on one of them.

There's even a rumor that the percussionist extraordinaire Cheryl Prashker could be around that evening..... This could move into hootenanny territory!...

Lastly, please mark the calendar for my next shows in the Philadelphia area:
February 27  Musical Lairs House Concert, Villanova, PA
March 26  Steel City Coffeehouse, Phoenixville, PA  ("Saints & Sinners," w/ Toby Walker)
June 12  PSALM Salon, Philadelphia, PA

The new CD, "Living Ever-Lovin' LIVE," is now available here:

Thanks for listening, and looking forward to our next crossing of paths!

Warm regards,
Pat Wictor
